TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 28, 2016-- Welltower Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2016 of $0.86 per share. The dividend will be the company's 181st consecutive quarterly payment, payable August 22, 2016, to stockholders of record on August 9, 2016.
