TOLEDO, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jul. 25, 2013-- Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2013 of $0.765 per share. The dividend will be the company's 169th consecutive quarterly payment, payable August 20, 2013, to stockholders of record on August 6, 2013.
